Outside the Frame alumna honored with Selig Award by Oregon Film Museum

Seeking to inspire the next generation of storytellers in Oregon, the Oregon Film Museum and Outside the Frame is proud to present the first annual Selig Award for local young filmmakers to OTF alumna Fevan "Rose" Solomon. Go Rose!

Rose will receive the award following a free screening of her gorgeous documentary about her family's refugee experience this Friday, November 10 at 7:00pm at the Liberty Theater in Astoria, OR. You can also watch it next week at our Annual Gala!

"Stories I've Told the Stars" is Rose's first film and the first alumni film Outside the Frame produced as part of our Film Career Program, with support from Oregon Film, the Regional Arts and Culture Council, the Joint Office of Homeless Services, Mt Hood Cable Regulatory Commission and more.
